Building a content design practice at scale

Over the course of three years, I established UX Copywriting and Content Design as a practice at Tripadvisor, building copy guides and standards for merchandising, checkout experiences, and AI-powered agents, like Ask Ollie, along the way.

Flexibility is the name of the game. I’ve been a solo practitioner, a copy partner, and a creative lead. I made my way into copywriting after stints as journalist, in-agency client lead, and a web producer. I look forward to bringing that interdisciplinary background to our next project together.

  • I love getting into the nitty gritty of product—microcopy, buttons, error messages, forms, labels, etc. I can work solo but welcome partnership with product designers to bring a full experience to life.
