A People First Approach to Social Media
Agency social media accounts are precarious beasts. Get too corporate and business-minded, and you lose the soul and culture of the people that inhabit the workplace. Get too casual, and you miss an opportunity to tell clients about the kind of work you do and how effectively you do it. Alongside a team of talented designers, I set upon a track to bring visually engaging, heartfelt content to A&G social channels. A voice and POV that at once spoke to the culture of the diverse people who work at the agency and the kind of people we want to make cool stuff with. From showing off different office activities to celebrating our office moms and dads with kooky animations, to taking a moral stance on inequality in America, we developed a social identity that reflects who A&G is and stands for.
