Caron Treatment Centers, a leader in holistic addiction treatment, had a messaging problem. As a brand, they believe in providing premium care that treats addiction and everything that surrounds it: from the mental health implications to the physical toll it takes on the body and even the relationships that addiction can often threaten. The mission is beyond noble, but premium care comes at a premium, and their brand didn't speak to the premium care they offered. With outdated messaging and an unrefined look and feel, they were not standing out to the executives and high net-worth families that needed (and could afford) their services. We embarked upon a full-scale rebrand that ran across digital, radio, print, and TV to reposition the brand as a thought leader in their space. By re-introducing their brand as a partner in treatment and recovery - with the line "Let us take it from here," we branded the center as a confidant and resource, not a vendor. For the addict and the family, rehab comes into the picture at one of the most sensitive times of their lives. When they feel like they can no longer fight the battle against addiction alone, Caron is there to help treat addiction at its core and make their family whole again.
